Certified Property Manager^® (CPM^®) - The most prestigious credential for real estate managers of alrger portfolios, including those who manage multi-family, office, retail and insdutrial properties.

CPM Candidate - The first step to becoming a CPM is to become a CPM Candidate.

Associate - Instant affiliation with IREM and access to member benefits. Open to those in the property management field. Not available for vendors or service firms - please see our "Friends of IREM" program if you are a vendor.

Accredited Residential Manager^® (ARM^®) - One of the most recognized certifications for site managers of samall to mid-size residential portfolios, including those who maage conventional apartments, federally assisted housing, condominiums, single family homes and manufactured home communities.

Accredited Commercial Manager  (ACoM) - IREM's certification for site managers of small to mid-size commercial portfolios, including those who manage office, retail and insudtrial properties.

Accredited Management Oganization^® (AMO^®) - Achieving the AMO acccredidation is a key stelp toward global recognition of your real estate maangement company. A firm with a CPM in an executive postion supervising its real estate management activites can apply for theis esteemed credential.

Student - Membership option for full-time undergraduate and graduate students.

Academic - Membership option for part-time or full-time college instructors.
