Join IREM Chapter 16 on April 20th for a fun afternoon in celebration of Earth Day’s 40th anniversary.  We will be meeting at Baltimore’s first green hotel – the eco-friendly Fairfield Inn & Suites located on President Street.  This new LEED certified hotel is on the site of the former Baltimore Brewing Company facility.  It has been recognized by the USGBC, the Maryland Office of Tourism and the Urban Land Institute’s Baltimore Chapter for being a truly unique, innovative and visionary development project.

After completing our regular meeting agenda items and the installation of new CPM Members, the hotel staff will provide a tour of the hotel highlighting the building’s sustainable features.  Afterwards, you’ll have a chance to try your luck at our green trivia contest – who knows, maybe you’ll win something too!  A buffet lunch will be served and free parking is available at the nearby Dodge Garage on Pratt and President.  Please join us!
