The IREM Chapter 16 Annual Candidates' Luncheon will be held on February 25, 2010 at McCormick & Schmick's in the Inner Harbor. Besides a great opportunity to network with other Candidates and CPM members, Candidates and prospective Candidates will hear about the CPM requirements and benefits of IREM membership. We are also fortunate to have Len Frenkil, CPM, Past President of Chapter 16, return to talk about the the Management Plan Skills Assessment (MPSA). Len will provide an overview of the MPSA and give lots of tips on how to approach this important and challenging CPM requirement. An IREM faculty member for many years, Len received the Lloyd D. Hanford Sr. Distinguished Faculty Award in 2007, as a result of being nominated by his students. Don't miss this opportunity to learn from the best of the best!
