Joe Gold, a Baltimore native, has had a very diversified professional career. Currently he is a Commercial Real Estate Analyst with The Washington Savings Bank (TWSB) which is based in Bowie, MD. Mr. Gold is an Appraisal Institute trained appraisal reviewer, as well as a CCIM trained commercial real estate analyst. At TWSB he focuses on market tends and industry specific valuation techniques to reveal how they relate to the proper valuation of commercial properties.
Greg Owens has worked at The Washington Savings Bank since 2002 in various capacities including construction inspector, construction loan servicing, REO management & collections, portfolio management and commercial real estate lending. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia, and current member of The Urban Land Institute. Greg has completed coursework through the Appraisal Institute, The Urban Land Institute and American Bankers Association. He has originated over $90 million in loans since 2006 and has been the bank’s top producer in each year.
