The Institute of Real Estate Management has been the source of education and professional recognition for managers of all property types for 75 years. The Maryland Chapter of IREM is comprised of over 200 site, property, and asset managers of office buildings, industrial projects, shopping centers, apartments and condominiums. Chapter meetings are attended by the most important and influential property managers and decision-makers in the area. As Friends of IREM, businesses are afforded the opportunity to personally network with property managers at chapter meetings and advertise their services on the chapter website, which is used by the many property professionals affiliated with the chapter.
