Chapter Overview
The Maryland Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management is the best resource for the real estate management professional in the greater Baltimore area and the Eastern Shore. With its network of members in all fields of real estate, the chapter is responsive to the needs of real estate management professionals.
The Maryland Chapter is a professional organization comprised of individuals with a common interest in the management of real estate. The chapter augments and advances IREM goals and objectives through the following:
- Provide education for its CPM® Members, CPM® Candidates, ARM® Members, ACoM Members and the public through the presentation of courses, seminars and scholarships
- Certify the competence and professionalism of individuals engaged in the management of real estate
- Enhance and support members’ professional competence so they can better identify and meet the needs of those who utilize their experience
- Provide opportunities for members to network with other professionals in the industry
